Product Performance:

1.Low volatility, high flash point, ensures safe system operation, good heat conduction performance and long service life.

2.L-QB300 heat transfer fluid operates in both open (max 180°C) and closed systems (max 300°C, sustained use below 280°C recommended). Optimal performance in closed-loop applications up to 280°C continuous operation.

 

 

Packaging,storage and transportation:

1. Packaging, marking, transportation, storage, delivery and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH0164 standard.

2. 200L barrel packaging, net weight 170±2Kg, can be packaged and shipped according to customer needs.

 

Precautions:

1. L-QB300 organic heat transfer medium can be used in open or closed heat transfer systems. When used in open heat transfer systems, the maximum operating temperature does not exceed 180ºC.

2. The maximum operating temperature of L-QB300 organic heat transfer medium is 300ºC (closed heat transfer system), but it cannot be used at the maximum operating temperature for a long time. The recommended operating temperature is below 280ºC.

3. It must be clearly marked during transportation to prevent confusion with other types of petroleum products.

4. The storage container must be dedicated and stored indoors or in a controlled climate environment as much as possible. The container must be waterproof, moisture-proof, and prevent mechanical impurities from entering.

5. The heat transfer system used should be carefully cleaned and inspected before use to prevent contamination.

1. Avoid long-term or repeated contact with skin, do not drink, keep away from children.

2. Please protect the environment, packaging and waste oil should be handled by qualified units, and do not pour into the drainage system, water and soil.
